The first info session was held on the Challenge of Innovation program on February 15, 2018 to encourage young people and entrepreneurs to participate in the challenge which is a part of the programs of the Nilepreneurs initiative, which is funded by the Central Bank of Egypt to support entrepreneurship in Egypt.
The info session was held at the Arab Academy for Science and Maritime Transport in Alexandria
Eng. Heba Labib, Director of the Initiative, said that this seminar is the first of a series of informational seminars to be presented by the initiative in the governorates during February and March. The youth will be accepted to participate in the challenge after submission through the website of the project to complete the process of selection and selection of viable ideas to be financially and technically supported while working to provide the machines and the possibilities available for the manufacture of these products.

Also, The initiative will be offering to  establish these companies legally to be able to benefit from The other programs offered by the Nilepreneur Initiative funded by the Central Bank of Egypt.
The challenge of innovation is to encourage young entrepreneurs to set up start-ups in the local manufacturing sector for some ingredients in the feeding industries in their initial phase. This challenge is one of the European Union's projects that is being implemented through the initiative in cooperation with the European union, Egyptian Associations for Community Development and Industry the industrial sector.
